2017 Duke of Edinburgh Registration

Due to the overwhelmingly large number of students who have expressed interest in participating in the Duke of Edinburgh award at Waverley College we have unfortunately had to limit the students involved in Semester 1 2017, to Year 10 only.

Current Year 9 students will be able to register in Term 3 this year.

Current Year 8 students will be able to register in Term 1, 2018.

For students in years 11 and 12, you are able to complete your Duke of Edinburgh outside of the College through Duke of Edinburgh NSW and their registered affiliates. We will be able to assist you in supervising appropriate activities undertaken at the College and connecting you with relevant parties.

For students in Year 10 wanting to register to begin the Duke of Edinburgh program, we will be holding a registration session before school on Wednesday 15/2/17 and Thursday 16/2/17 beginning at 7.45am in the PAC.

The session will guide the students through the registration process which they will complete at home. The cost for registration of the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award is $120.

Please note, this does not include any costs associated with the Adventurous Journey section of the award.
