Adrian Bo and Co-Agent Ann Ramsay Arkins from McGrath will sell the house of the highest bidder, commission free.  This auction item offers our bidders the opportunity to acquire Mr Bo’s  and Ms Arkins services at a fraction of their market value.  Real estate commission is usually between 1.5% and 2% – on a house worth $2.5 million this could be as much as $50,000.

The winning bid will be donated to Waverley College and Mr Bo will manage the sale of your property at zero commission!
