Dear Parent/Carer of Year 7 & 10 Students,
This is a reminder that the South East Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Immunisation Team is due to attend Waverley College next week on Wednesday, 30 October, 2024.
The team will be vaccinating Year 7 and 10 students for their catch up doses of Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (dTpa) & Human Papillomavirus (HPV) or Meningococcal ACWY.
If your son is in Year 7 or 10 and missed the first visit of vaccinations, please complete the online consent via this link: https://engage.health.nsw.gov.au/engage.
- Your son will not be vaccinated if you do not consent.
- You can check your son’s vaccination status through MyGov or Medicare.
