Expert advice for rugby players

School rugby training session, long shadows on grass

1st XV Rugby Training

Recently the College was fortunate to have some special guests visit to assist our 1st XV and 2nd XV rugby sides in their final preparations for the season. Peta Cariage, dietitian, spoke to our boys about appropriate diets and the correct energy developing players need to put into their bodies. Ms Cariage has experience working with the Brisbane Broncos, NSW Waratahs and Australian 7s. She provided outstanding advice on player preparation and recovery.
