New School Fee Payment Options!
Waverley College is pleased to offer various payment options to our parents.
For parents looking for alternative payment arrangements (monthly, fortnightly or weekly payments over 12 months or longer), we are now referring parents to Edstart (www.edstart.com.au). Edstart offers an easy, flexible and low-cost way for you to pay for your child’s education over a time frame that suits your family budget.
With Edstart, you can fund your tuition fees, additional charges such as extra-curricular activities, camps and excursions, as well as technology levies and amounts in arrears.

The simple three-step process: Calculate => Select Payment => Application can be completed within minutes.
Once approved, Edstart will pay the school on the three instalment due dates and you will make regular monthly, fortnightly or weekly payments to Edstart.

School Fees for the 2019 school year are due on the following dates:
3rd Payment – Due date 2/8/2019
1st Payment – Prompt payment date 19/1/2020 – due Date 31/1/2020
2nd Payment – Prompt payment date 24/4/2020 – due date 8/5/2020
3rd Payment – Prompt payment date 17/7/2020 – due date 31/7/2020
Discounts and Penalties
- Fees paid before 4.00pm on the prompt payment date attract a $25.00 discount.
- Any payment received after the due date will attract an administrative fee of $110.00.
- Please be advised that some financial institutions need more than 48 hours to process their payments (e.g. internet/BPay).

Enrolment Withdrawal Notice
You are reminded that if you wish to withdraw your son from enrolment at Waverley College, you are required to give one term’s notice in writing to the Head of College that your son’s enrolment will cease.
The last day you can give notice that your son’s enrolment is finishing at the end of a school term, is the first day of the same term. If not received by that date, a penalty equivalent to one term’s tuition fees will be payable.
