Following last week's 92nd CAS Track & Field Championships, all points were recounted and we are delighted to announce that the Waverley Team achieved equal second with a score of 628 alongside Knox Grammar School

CAS Track & Field and Summer Sports Trials

Congratulations to the staff, coaches and members of the Waverley College CAS Track & Field Team on an outstanding performance last Thursday and over the whole season. Mr Jeremy Roff and Ms Rebecca Gair have led this group superbly, and to achieve an equal 2nd with Knox is an amazing result. This is our best result since 1995 and we are looking to continue to build on this in the coming seasons.

Summer Sports Trials

Last Saturday, we also had our first round of summer sport trials for Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Touch Football and Water Polo. Teams will be announced soon, so we can go straight into training at the commencement of Term 4.

We do also have some holiday activities including some 1st XI Cricket fixtures and Basketball tournaments and camps.

I want to wish all of those students and coaches the very best for those upcoming activities and the whole College community a wonderful holiday period.
