Dear Parents/ Carers and Students in Years 7-12,

All students in Years 7 and 8 should have received their stationery pack and class teachers will advise when and what materials are needed for particular lessons.

Years 9 and 10 teachers will also advise students about subject specific requirements.

In the interim, students are advised to bring writing materials: exercise books and pens, as well as their laptop, to all classes.

The same advice applies to Years 11 and 12 students.

Dear Parents/ Carers and Students in Years 7-12,

The Years 7-12 Assessment Booklets are currently going through the final checks and will be available on the College Website next week. Parents/ Carers and Students will receive an email with a direct link to the page on the College website where they will be able to download the latest version of the schedules plus other relevant information.

Students should ensure that they save a copy of the schedule on their laptop and it is recommended that they add the key dates to their College Diaries.

With the end of the school year in sight, please note that all textbooks, across Years 7-12 are now overdue!

As such, we kindly ask that all students return any outstanding textbooks and English novels to Book Hire or drop them off in one of the marked green crates located in the library and main reception area, by Tuesday, 5 December (Presentation Day) at the latest.

*Please note that any outstanding textbooks will unfortunately have to be charged at the end of the year for a replacement copy, therefore if you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me by sending an email to bookhire@waverley.nsw.edu.au

Lastly, a very big thank you to all students who have already returned their books and wishing everyone the loveliest Christmas holidays spent surrounded by your loved ones :)

Historically, Waverley College offered the graduated Year 12 students an opportunity to work casually in the Book Hire department after their HSC exams, until the end of February the following year (with a few weeks during the school holidays as well).

Assisting with textbook returns and loans, covering and repairing books, as well as stocktaking, are some of the tasks undergone in this role.

If you are or know of an HSC student who would like to apply for this role, please:

Any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me via the above email as well.
