NSW Rugby Referees Education Evening in 2022
As the winter sport season draws near, we are very excited to announce that NSW Rugby will be running two courses at Waverley College for members of the community who are interested in learning the rules of rugby, and those who are interested in becoming an accredited rugby referee.
Following a great deal of interest from a number of female members of the community, (mothers, carers, staff, sisters, grandparents), this year NSW Rugby will hold a Female-Only course at Waverley College, to attract those who might not be familiar with the rules of the game, but are interested to learn.
NSW Rugby will also run a course for all interested members of the community.
Course Dates and Enrolment Part 1
- Thursday, 9 March, 2023 – 6pm-9pm – ‘The Grange’ building (Waverley College Senior Campus) – Female-Only course

- You will need to create a MyRugby ID through Rugby Xplorer (if you do not already have an account).
- Once logged in, those enrolling will then go to the Rugby Learning Centre (tab on the side of the screen), click “Browse Learning” and find the course titled “Ready Referee Program 2023”.
- Participants will then enrol in the course held at Waverley College either on Thursday, 9 March or Tuesday, 21 March.
