Visit to St Mary’s Anglican Church

Year 10 Religious Education students at St Mary's Anglican Church

From Year 10 student, Brad Marzol

On Tuesday 2 May 2017, students in Year 10 Religious Education class walked across Birrell Street to St Mary’s Anglican Church at Waverley as part of their studies of Religious Ecumenism. The class discovered the different ways in which the Anglican Church communicates between churches with regard to Jesus Christ and the differences between Waverley College’s chapel and their Church.

The Year 10 RE class thanks the staff at the Anglican Church for their warm welcome and hard work in maintaining the image of the Church.
