Welcome to our latest edition of the Nurrunga newsletter. Volume 43, No. 8
The College is seeking a local florist to assist the school when a Mass or significant event is held at the College.
We hold approximately 20 events a year, and the florist would be called upon on an ad-hoc basis to provide decent sized floral arrangements at a reasonable cost.
Perhaps in our Waverley community, there is a budding florist amongst us? Alternatively, you may know a florist/small business owner that would like to collaborate with Waverley College.
The Marketing Team would be delighted to hear your suggestions at marketing@waverley.nsw.edu.au
The Waverley College senior canteen is seeking volunteers, we are open every day of the school year for breakfast, recess and lunch. It provides a wide variety of healthy meals and snacks at affordable prices for both boys and staff.
We welcome all members of the Waverley College community – mums, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles to join our team of volunteers. Your help and support at the canteen are greatly appreciated, whether it is once a week, month or even once a term. Starting time for volunteers is 9.30am and finishing around 1.45pm and of course, this will include a yummy lunch.
We need your assistance so if you would like to volunteer please click here.
For extra convenience, you can also book to volunteer through the Skoolbag app under the Canteen tab on the main page!
Thank you again for all your help and support.
Kind regards
Nina Kormanyos
