Last year’s Waverley College Blue and Gold Ball was an incredible night that brought our school community together. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, mingle and make new friends. A few things to remember if you are attending:
- The evening kicks off at 6:30pm on the Cosgrove Centre basketball court, enter via the Birrell Street doors.
- Remember to bring some cash along.
- Go online and buy your raffle tickets.

- McGrath Commission Free Home Sale
McGrath’s Adrian Bo, himself a Waverley College old boy will sell the house of the highest bidder, at zero commission, giving you the opportunity to acquire Mr Bo’s ser vices at a fraction of their market value. Real estate commission usually falls between 1.5% and 2%. A house worth $2.5 million could set you back as much as $50,000.
You have 18 months to use Mr Bo’s services and the commission free sale can be transferred to a friend or family member.
