WorldSkills Cookery Competition, August 2017
It was a a fun filled, action packed day run in the style of a Masterchef competition. Dominic Augoustis and Liam Flanagan (Year 11) represented the College and both plated up delicious meals.

WorldSkills Cookery Competition
Dominic took out third place which is a terrific result given the strong field of competitors. The industry judges were extremely impressed with the high calibre dishes, professional work ethic and, dare I say, the “exceptional knife skills”!
A very big thank you to Stephanie Boyce for coordinating this fabulous day. She worked tirelessly to make sure that competitors, judges and guests were looked after throughout the day.
