Death of Alan Colman, past OBU President and Class of 1948
The college would like to inform our community that past OBU President, Alan Colman, passed away on 5 March 2018.
Alan was a very well known & much respected member of the College family who served the Waverley community over many years.
Alan was born 25 March 1931 and was a Waverley Old Boy of the Class of 1948.
He was a former committee member of the Old Boys Union (1978-1993) and President twice (1980/81 and 1992/93).
Alan was the father of four girls and a son (David – Class of 1981), Grandfather of nine, including Thomas (Year 9), and a Great Grandfather of seven.
He will be missed, however his legacy remains strong.
