The Health Promotion Officer of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health district has alerted us to a free upcoming government run healthy lifestyle program for children and their families.
Go4Fun is a program aimed to improve the health, fitness, self-esteem and confidence in children aged between 7-13 years and runs for 10 weeks during term time.
